Concerns
“Laser won't work on your hair.” True — and not the end of the story.
Blonde, red, grey, or white hair? Somewhere along the way, a clinic turned you down — or worse, took your money for sessions that did nothing. The physics were never on your side. But there has always been a method that doesn't care what colour your hair is.
Why laser genuinely can't treat light hair
Laser hair removal works by sending light energy into the pigment — melanin — inside the hair. Dark hair absorbs the energy and carries it down to the follicle. Blonde, red, grey, and white hair simply doesn't contain enough of the right pigment to absorb it. The light passes through with nothing to grab onto.
Any clinic that promises otherwise is selling hope, not physics. We'd rather tell you the truth: for light hair, laser is the wrong tool. Full stop.
Electrolysis doesn't need pigment — it never did
Electrolysis works completely differently: a probe finer than the hair enters each follicle and disables it directly with a precise pulse of energy. No light, no pigment target, no colour requirement. It works on blonde, red, grey, and white hair — on every skin tone — because it treats the follicle itself, not the hair's colour.
It's also the only hair removal method recognized as permanent hair removal — and it's been part of this studio's craft since 1997.
What your plan looks like
Electrolysis is precision work, so plans are individual — area, density, and hair behaviour all matter. Start with a consultation and you'll get a realistic plan and timeline for your hair. And if part of your hair is dark enough for laser, we'll tell you that too — many clients combine both methods, each where it works best.
